You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and play on kippap. Age and identity verification is mandatory for all accounts.
kippap supports Rupiah-denominated accounts. Deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are processed in real time with no conversion fees.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. kippap publishes all bonus conditions in plain language before you opt in. Attempting to abuse promotions may result in account suspension.
Fraudulent activity, use of automated tools, collusion, multi-accounting, and any form of bonus abuse are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
kippap mandates a minimum age of 21+ and provides deposit limits, self-exclusion, and time-out tools. Players showing signs of problem gambling may have restrictions applied to their accounts.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any Wager on kippap. This minimum age applies regardless of any lower age of majority in your jurisdiction. kippap strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any Account found to have been registered by a person under 21 will be closed immediately, and any funds held in such an Account will be returned to the depositing payment method after deducting any Bonus Funds received.
kippap's services are primarily directed at players resident in Indonesia. You represent and warrant that you are a resident of Indonesia and that access to online gaming services is not prohibited under any applicable law in your city, province, or country of residence. It is your personal responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable to you. kippap accepts no liability for your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted.
Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all balances, including any pending withdrawals.

To access kippap's services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information about yourself, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes.
kippap is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process may require you to provide:
Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of your first deposit may result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities until verification is completed. kippap reserves the right to withhold funds pending successful KYC completion.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. kippap strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You must notify kippap support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. kippap will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security over your Account credentials.
kippap accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following methods:
All payment methods must be registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted. kippap reserves the right to refuse deposits or withhold withdrawals where the payment source cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
The minimum single deposit on kippap is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may be subject to enhanced verification under our AML procedures. Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. kippap does not charge any deposit processing fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
The minimum single withdrawal is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours of a verified withdrawal request, subject to the following conditions being met:
All transactions on kippap are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah. There are no currency conversion fees. The balance displayed in your Account at all times reflects your Rupiah balance net of any pending transactions.
kippap offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Indon esian calendar (including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Independence Day campaigns). Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page. Where a conflict exists between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is clearly stated at the point of opt-in. By way of example, a bonus subject to a 20x wagering requirement on a Rp 100.000 bonus means you must wager a total of Rp 2.000.000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the promotion details.
Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from your Account balance. kippap will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
kippap reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them, and to close the associated Account, where there is reasonable evidence that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: claiming the same bonus multiple times using related Accounts; placing low-risk hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements; and coordinating with other Players to exploit promotional mechanics.
kippap reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. The award of a bonus is always at kippap's sole discretion. Players have no contractual entitlement to receive a bonus that has not yet been confirmed as awarded to their Account.
kippap reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any Wager at its sole discretion, including where the Platform suspects an error in the displayed odds or where a Wager appears to exploit a technical fault. Odds are subject to change prior to the confirmation of a Wager. A Wager is only confirmed once the Platform has issued a confirmation reference number.
All sports betting markets — including football (bandar bola, football bookmaking as it is known locally), mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator), and voor bola (Asian handicap) markets — are governed by the specific sporting rules published in the kippap sportsbook. BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, and UEFA Champions League markets are subject to the official rules of the relevant governing body. In the event of a match abandonment or postponement, kippap's sporting rules will determine settlement.
All random-number-generated (RNG) casino games, including slot gacor (high-frequency payout slots), togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and table game variants, use certified RNG engines that have been independently audited for fairness. Returned-to-player (RTP) percentages are published in each game's information panel. kippap does not manipulate game outcomes.
Live casino games are streamed from licensed studios operated by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and other certified providers. All live dealer interactions are recorded. kippap is not responsible for connectivity interruptions on the Player's end during live sessions; incomplete rounds resulting from Player-side disconnection will be settled according to the game provider's rules.
A Wager may be declared void and the stake returned to the Player's Account in circumstances including: event cancellation; obvious pricing errors; technical malfunctions affecting the integrity of the game; or where settlement cannot be determined under the applicable sporting rules. kippap's decision on void bet settlements is final.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kippap Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
All content on the kippap Platform — including but not limited to the kippap brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of kippap or its licensors and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of kippap.
The kippap name and logo may not be used in any context — including social media, affiliate marketing, or promotional material — without express written authorization from kippap.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.
In summary, kippap collects personal data to: verify your identity; process financial transactions; comply with KYC and AML obligations; provide customer support; and improve the Platform. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond kippap's reasonable control including force majeure events. kippap will not be liable for any losses arising from Platform unavailability.
kippap accepts no liability for any financial losses incurred by Players as a result of wagering activity. You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that you participate entirely at your own risk. All Wagers are placed voluntarily and with full awareness of the risk of loss.
kippap utilizes third-party game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft), payment processors, and technology vendors. kippap is not liable for any errors, delays, or failures on the part of these third parties that affect your experience on the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kippap's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits kippap's liability for death or personal injury caused by kippap's negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting kippap support. Upon receipt of a closure request, kippap will process any remaining real-money balance (net of any pending wagering requirements) to your verified payment method within five (5) business days.
kippap reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:
Where kippap terminates an Account due to a breach by the Player, kippap reserves the right to withhold some or all of the Account balance to cover any losses, damages, or costs incurred as a result of that breach.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kippap holds its international operating license. You agree that any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, interpretation, breach, or termination — shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by a recognized international arbitration body.
The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless the arbitrator orders otherwise. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights pending the outcome of arbitration.
Where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction confer rights upon you that cannot be excluded by contract, those rights are not affected by this clause.
kippap reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, kippap will notify registered Players by email and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account before the amended Terms take effect. You may contact kippap support to request Account closure and withdrawal of your remaining balance.
